The main consequence of lying is a marked loss of confidence. If others perceive that a person can lie, it becomes very difficult to regain their trust, and relationships are altered, paving the way for manipulative and untruthful interactions where all parties lie constantly, often without realizing it, believing their own lies more and more.
On a personal level, lying generates intense stress for those who fear being found out, engaging them in a pernicious cycle of control and exaggeration.

Lies are within everyone's reach, and the result is mediocrity.

For managers, telling the truth is essential and requires a resolute decision and ongoing commitment. This choice is personal and paves the way for a humble and caring life. It is a constant challenge in which the conscious leader devotes his physical and mental energy to living fully his raison d'être and honoring his values. Attentive to his own shadows, he welcomes them with gratitude, transforming them into superpowers, enabling him to overcome obstacles and persevere on his path to abundance.

Integral and consistent, he promotes a culture of transparency, approaches conflicts with compassion and firmness, and communicates difficult truths, even when they may challenge established beliefs. His aim is to rectify mistakes, learn from failures and adapt. He's not afraid to compromise superficial relationships that don't reflect his values.

In critical situations, such as armed conflict, a conscious leader knows how to divulge the truth tactfully. This requires an excellent command of non-violent communication and a deep understanding of human dynamics to maximize benefits for the greatest number while minimizing potential harm.
