You always have a choice… you bet I do!

Julien contacted me because he felt trapped. Busy with work and family commitments, he can't find the time to find himself. Now in his forties, he wants to ‘blow it all up’ but he needs his salary to pay for his children's education. His work is tiring him more and more, and he no longer finds the joy he used to feel. He still loves what he does, but it's not the same. He gets irritated more easily when things don't go according to plan. He's tired of hearing complaints from his customers and subordinates. He comes home without energy and quickly slumps into his armchair to surf social networks and feed off bad news. He even finds himself seeking them out more and more, even though he knows it's pointless. He wants to get out and thinks more and more about quitting his job, but he thinks he has no choice!

He is entering a vicious circle of depression and needs help to get out. He's only at the beginning, so he doesn't need chemical medication, but a taste of pleasant things. All it takes is a few simple exercises to get him out of his state of mind and into the small pleasures of everyday life. After a few days, they realise that they have forgotten themselves and have blamed others for what they are experiencing. He soon emerges from the victimisation he abhors and starts to laugh at his situation. He understands that he has the choice of going within himself to listen to his true needs. There's no need to leave his environment because he has everything to satisfy himself. You just need to recognise this and make small changes by expressing your demands constructively...

And yes, we always have the choice to love ourselves!
