Clara, a financial director, had to decide in a matter of hours whether to make part of her team redundant to avoid bankruptcy. The decision was taken under immense pressure from management and shareholders.

Is she a Superwoman, does she possess a superpower or is she simply selfish?

I hope you never have to face this situation.

As for Clara, she acted out of altruism to save the jobs of the sales people and the production units.

Like a Superwoman, a fictional superheroine with a strong moral compass who uses her powers to do good, she assessed the financial stakes and came up with a painful but lasting solution.

We are not all superheroes, but we can all manifest our superpowers. These perfectly mastered skills are often the result of an emotional wound. They encourage us to develop powerful habits and to constantly innovate.
If, in addition, we combine these skills with new technologies and integrate processes that are useful for everyone, we create added value for our organisation and do better than our competitors.

To make the right decision, a leader needs six qualities:
1. A clearly formulated and shared vision
2. Employees who can freely express their superpowers
3. A corporate culture and values that are understood and applied with authenticity
4. Access to the latest technologies such as AI
5. A simple and clear organisational structure
6. Routines with regular rituals of celebration and control.

What are your superpowers? Find out by discovering your emotional wounds. All you have to do is answer this questionnaire:
